Unarmed Women's Self Defense Classes
The Sensible Self Defense Academy in partnership with Dr Tammy McCracken of 500 Rising, Inc presents a Women's Self Defense course. Unlike most SSD-Academy offerings, this is not a firearms course, but rather a course designed specifically for unarmed women's self defense.
